Our Origins
Inferno Pizza was founded in 2016 by Christopher Beauton, who previously ran a successful restaurant in North Haven for seven years. Inspired by the rich tradition of New Haven-style Apizza, his grandson Michael set out to create a unique pizza truck experience that brings quality, wood-fired pizza on the go.
Michael proudly carries on the family tradition in his own way, with an independent business built from the ground up—entirely separate from his grandfather’s former restaurant. With a fresh, modern approach and a focus on high-quality ingredients and creative flavor combinations, Michael brings his own unique style to every pie.
